Warranty

We are at present preparing a special warranty registration page. This will allow customers to gain the free 2 year to 5 year warranty extension.

In the meantime please feel free to email warranty@theophany.co.nz providing your name, email address, model of speaker purchased, where you purchased them and the serial numbers of your speakers. We will record this information and extend your warranty to 5 years.

The terms of the warranty are in the rear section of the owners manual. If you did not receive an owners manual with your speakers please see the downloads section of the web site.
